Why do you need so much information in the form?

Our system is designed to provide the best support possible when assisting on a deal. By sharing all of this information in the form, it allows our team to be up to speed on everything currently taking place, what is done already and what still needs to be completed. We can also be ready to begin our Marketing strategy in less time.

What happens next?

Our team will review the information shared, then reach out to you to determine the next steps before Marketing the deal. When we are aligned and agreements are signed, our team will begin marketing to our buyer list.

How long does this process take?

Each property and situation is unique, but typically speaking, our goal is to have assignment contracts signed within 3-5 days.

How do I get paid?

We require minimum 40% Split in a JV agreement to assist in the Dispo process. Any Non-Refundable EMD's collected will be split upon deposit. Remaining Assignment Fees will be paid at Close of Escrow.
